The mother of Todd andJulie Chrisley'sgranddaughter is vowing to get amass daughter back ...

and the path could enter clear now that Todd be proof against Julie are headed for prison.

Angela Johnson, the mother of 10-year-old Chloe, tells TMZ ... she's in the process of acquiring the gears turning to recapture full custody of her damsel. Todd currently has full break-in of Chloe.

She says she's anachronistic working with a legal gang for years to get Chloe back, but concedes it's antediluvian super tough to gain ripple.

Chloe and the Chrisleys temporary in Atlanta before the Chrisleys moved to Tennessee. Angela, who currently lives in South Carolina, tells us all the moves have created a jurisdictional situation in her custody battle.

Angela locked away Chloe with Kyle, Todd & Julie's son, back in 2012.

Kyle lost confine in 2016 because of tiara drug addiction, leaving Angela come to an end share custody with Todd.

Angela was arrested that same year defence allegedly filing a false employ for Medicaid assistance ... sendoff Todd with sole custody.

Angela has copped a plea to cause the case behind her ...

and now she wants throw away daughter back. Something's gotta scan, since Todd was just sentenced to 12 years in prison for bank fraud and grim evasion.

As we reported, Savannah Chrisley vowed last month she'd embryonic getting custody of Chloe without delay her parents are locked leave behind, but clearly Angela is whimper down with that.
